Mike Griffin

Mike Griffin is Director of Ricoh Innovation's User Experience Group. His mission is to highlight opportunities for products and services that improve people's experiences at work and provide new business value. Since joining Ricoh in 2004, his interests have broadened from a focus on ethnographic research and experience design to technology forecasting and business planning. Before his work at Ricoh, he applied human-centered methods to the design of learning environments at a wide range of organizations, including SRI International, the Institute for Research and Learning and McDonald's Corporation. He graduated with an M.A. from Stanford University's Learning, Design and Technology program.
